Once a user joins a tournament on WIN 1 - ESPORTZ, the entry fee is generally non-refundable. Refunds are only processed if the tournament is cancelled by us.

If money is debited from your bank but not added to your app wallet, it will be automatically refunded by your payment gateway within 5-7 working days.

3. Disqualification

If a user is banned for violating Fair Play rules, no refunds will be issued for their wallet balance.

Using emulators, hacks, aimbots, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in WIN 1 - ESPORTZ tournaments is strictly prohibited.

2. Teaming

Teaming up with enemies in solo matches is not allowed. If detected, both players will be disqualified.

3. Consequences

Any user found violating these rules will face an immediate and permanent account ban, and all winnings will be forfeited.
